Shortbread Cookies (not as good as Snickerdoodles) — Robert St. John
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar on slowest speed until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and salt.

- 1 /2 cup Pecans, finely chopped
