• ½ Cup Fresh shiitake or crimini mushrooms, sliced

• One 14-ounce Can Crushed plum tomatoes.
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 Tbsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
• 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano, grated
