Tomato Salad, Hungarian Style | Just A Pinch Recipes

Ingredients

• 3-4 - large tomatoes
• 1 cucumber, peeled
• 1 large green pepper (chopped) or 2 hungarian banana peppers
• - italian flat leaf parsley, roughly torn (a handful)
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 3 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
• 6 tablespoon(s) oil (i use canola)
• - salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 - large onion (peeled & diced). (i use green onions instead)
