• 500g frozen spinach leaves
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 200g feta
• 1 cardamom pod
• 20g butter
• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 ½ tbsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp garam masala
• a pinch of chili flakes
• 50ml cream
• 120ml water
• salt and pepper
