Cinnamon churros with chocolate dip ⋆Anne's Kitchen
Easy home-made churros that taste even better than at the Schueberfouer! Served with chocolate sauce and lots of cinnamon sugar of course!
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 150g Le Moulin Multi-Usage flour (T55)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1l sunflower oil
- 140g Le Moulin sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon or Anne’s Sweet Spice
- 4 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
