Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Oil
• Whole Spices
• 2 Onions chopped
• 4 Green Cardamoms
• 2 tsps Ginger
• 2 tsps Garlic
• 2 black Cardamoms
• 2 tsps Red Chilli powder
• 6 Cloves
• 1 + 1 cups of Yoghurt
• 1 tsp Black Cummin seeds
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 750 gms Rice cleaned
• 1 & 1/2 tsps Salt
• 2 tbsps of Milk mixed in the saffron 1/2 tsp & curd
• 1/2 cup Coriander and Mint leaves chopped
