• 250 g corn
• 6 plum tomatoes (approx. 200 g), cut into small pieces
• 1 avocado (approx. 125 g), cut into small pieces
• 1 red onion (approx. 75 g), finely chopped
• 1 dl fresh coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• ½ tsp coarse salt
• 500 g chicken fillet
• 2 tbsp taco spice mix
• 15 g butter
• 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 200 g quark 0.3%
• 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 8 wholemeal tortillas (approx. 20 cm in diameter)
• Approx. 150 g romaine lettuce, rinsed
