• 1/4 cup Pickled Red Cabbage
• 2 tbsp Feta Cheese ((crumbled))
• Arugula
• 1/2 head Red Cabbage (medium), thinly sliced
• 1 ¼ cup Water
• 1¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes ((optional))
• 2 cloves Garlic ((sliced))
• 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
