Harissa Sausage & Beans

Ingredients

• 6 sausages
• 1 jar of Bold Bean Co butterbeans (+ the juice)
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 leek, finely sliced
• 1/2 bottle of spicy harissa dressing
• Oil, salt
• A large handful of coriander, chopped
• 2 tsp capers
• 2-3 tbsps white wine vinegar
• 6 tbsp Willy’s olive oil
