• 0.5 cup dark rum
• 0.25 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 pinch ground white pepper
• salt to taste
• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
