• 1 ¾ cups of powdered sugar
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1 tablespoon of butter or Baker's Joy spray
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 ½ cups of chopped walnuts
• 3 cups of finely grated carrots
• ½ cup of cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
• ¼ cup of milk, room temperature
• 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
