Tartiflette (French Potato, Bacon, and Cheese Casserole) Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 sliced into halves horizontally Reblochon cheese (about 450g)
• 2 pounds of peeled and sliced potato
• 8 ounces of cut into lardons bacon
• 1 thinly sliced large onion
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 cup of white wine
• 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
