Radish Cake

Ingredients

• 500 g radish or turnip , cut into chunks 2-3cm
• 30 g shallots
• 2 cloves garlics
• 1 chinese sausage, cut 3cm
• 3 medium mushroom, soaked
• 50 g dried shrimps
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp ground pepper
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• ½ tsp chicken powder
• 227 g rice flour
• 25 g corn starch
• 380 ml water
• 1000 ml water
• Scallions, chopped
• Fried shallots, cut finely
• 2 Red chilies, diced
• Sesame seeds, toasted
