Mexican Pie Src

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef (or grilled round steak)
• 1 pound ground pork (or grilled pork chops)
• 2ℓ cups milk
• 1 bunch chopped scallions
• 1 can green chiles, chopped
• 4 large eggs
• 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
• 1ℓ cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 large tomato, diced
• 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
• ½ head lettuce, shredded
• 1 recipe Big Daddy’s Taco and Burrito Seasoning
• ¼ to ¼ cup chopped, pickled Jalapẽos (depending on heat desired)
