• 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks

• a healthy pinch of salt
• 1/2 stick of butter (or 1/4 cup)
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 bottle Tuscanini Pesto
• 2 to 3 ounces fresh Tuscanini Parmesan
• kosher salt
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• good quality olive oil, such as Tuscanini
