Cold Milk Baklava recipe by Zaakirah

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 ½ cups water
• 3 ½ cups of milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 tablespoon rose water
• 15 sheets phyllo, width cut in half (cut to fit dish)
• Melted butter mixed with a little oil
• 1 ½ cups chopped pistas
• 2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
• 2 tablespoon cocoa
