Ingredients

• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 3/4 cup(s) water (warm to the touch)
• 1 packet active dry yeast (1 packet = 2 tsp.)
• 5 1/2 cup(s) flour (see bottom for combinations)
• 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
• 1 tbsp salt
