- 750g sugar
- 9 eggs
- 750g wheat flour
- 15g baking powder
- 2-3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 good pinch of salt
- Food colouring in purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red
- 9 egg whites
- 425g sugar
- 525g Kerrygold Original Irish Butter, room temperature and diced
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or 2 tsp lemon zest
- Sugar sprinkles to decorate
