• 1/2 onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp basil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 24 oz marinara sauce
• 32 oz chicken broth
• 1 c diced tomatoes
• 1/2 lb pasta
• 1 c heavy cream
• 1/2 c ricotta
• 1 c mozzarella, shredded
