Ingredients

• 1 pound large tomatillos (10-12 large)
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 1/2 Tbl olive oil
• 2 c chicken broth
• 1 jalapeno pepper (or serranos)
• 1/2 c chopped cilantro
• 1-2 tsp salt
