Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 0.5 stick butter
• 1 frozen use corn (159 g)
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 2 egg whites (62.5 g)
• 0.5 cup flour
• 1 small diced jalapeno - and (28.25 g)
• 0.25 cup mexican lite cheese
• 0.5 tsps salt
• 25 g scallions
• 245 ml skim milk
• 2 Tbsps sugar
• 0.5 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
