We make this every year at Thanksgiving time. My whole family looks forward to it. It is so simple and so good.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 4 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper (i use white pepper, but black is fine)
- 2/3 cup(s) chicken or turkey stock
- 5-6 cup(s) cooked turkey, cut or shredded into bite size peices
- 12-16 slice(s) toast
