- 1 T jalapeño, finely diced
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t honey
- dash of salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 t smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 t chili powder
- microgreens, optional
- pastry bag with a small star tip
