• -1 chicken (cut & washed)
• -1 ½ tblspns Amina wonderspice chicken tikka masala
• -175g butter
• -1 teaspoon oil
• -½ cup single cream
• -2 or 3 while green chilli (optional)
• -1 ½ tablespoon fresh chopped coriander
• -2½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• -salt to taste (approx 1 teaspoon)
• -¾ teaspoon chilli powder
• -½ teaspoon curry powder
• -¼ cup onion + ¾ cup fresh tomato without the skin (liquidised)
• -1 teaspoon brown sugar
