Easy Butter Chicken recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• ½ cup plain greek style yogurt
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon haldi
• 2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 n1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon ground jeera
• ½ tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 500-600 grm chicken fillets cut into pieces.
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil or butter
• 1 cup pureed tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Add the chicken coated in the Marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Add the pureed tomato, sugar and salt.
• Add the cream, and stir well.
