Ingredients

• serranos or other red chiles to taste, chopped
• 1/2 can corn
• 1/2 can carrots
• 1 can green or wax beans
• 1 can or jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms(I like Hunts.)
• 1 level tablespoon peanut butter (you won't taste it--just adds richness)
• 2 teaspoon rosemary
• 1 tablespoon whole brown mustard seed
• 1 rnded teaspoon marjoram
• splash dry red or white wine if desired (dealcoholized is fine)
• vegan parmesan if desired
