• 1 cup (250 ml) (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 1 tsp (5 ml) chipotle chili powder (optional)
• 5 large eggs
• 1 cup (250 ml) granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) all-purpose flour
• 11/2 tsps (7 ml) baking powder
