Homemade Lamb Doner Kebabs · Recipe Trolley

Ingredients

• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 garlic cloves, grated
• 500 g lamb mince
• 4 pitta bread
• 2 tbsp chopped curly parsley
• 1 gem lettuces, sliced
• 150 g plum tomatoes, halved
• 5 potatoes, sliced into wedges
• 200 g natural yoghurt
• 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed remove excess water
• 1 lemon
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
