• 1 1/4 Confectioners' sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp Cocoa (optional)
• 3 tbsp Shortening
• 1 egg yolk well beaten
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp Wine (Red)
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 eggs beatin
