Ingredients: 4 eggs; 1 cup sugar; 1 tablespoon rose water; 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder; 1 ½ cup flour; 3 teaspoons baking powder; ½ cup oil; ½ cup cold water; Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and fold lightly..when almost mixed add water/oil mixture..use a light hand to fold place in greased cake pan/cupcake cases..bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes; 125g butter; 1 & half cup icing sugar; Half cup klim; 2 tablespoons milk; Half teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
