Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground beef or ground sirloin
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced) Dash or two of thyme
- Salt
- pepper
- 6 ears of corn (removed from silks and cleaned)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Healthy dash of nutmeg
- Mashed potatoes prepared to your preference
- *I peel and cube about 5 Russet potatoes
- boil, drain, and mash them. Adding some butter, cream, salt and pepper.
- Topping: Cheese of choice and freshley sliced chives.
