- 1 teaspoon ground Black Tellicherry Peppercorn
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 4 lamb loin chops
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, for searing
