• 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
• 2 cloves garlic
• 750g chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-size chunks
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee
• 1/2 cup Patak’s Butter Chicken Paste
• 1 cup tomato passata
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup cream
