Saucy Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut I have used fillet strips
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 3 tablespoon mayo
• 3 tablespoon tomato puree
• 3 tablespoon yoghurt or cream
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• Few strands Saffron
• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic @purespice_sa
• Add in marinated chicken
