Mains - Baked Cod With Fennel And Tomato

Ingredients

• 800 g Cod de-skinned cut into chunks
• 400 g Cherry tomatoes halved
• 60 ml Dry white wine
• 2 tbsp Capers drained
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 Onion med sliced
• 1 Fennel bulb thinly sliced
• 1 Red chilli mild chopper finely
• 1 tsp Sea salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
• 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
