Mediterranean Rice recipe by Ummeatiyyah

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet or steak cut in strips
• 3 teaspoon mayo &peri peri sauce
• Tomatoe paste sachet
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon each of ginger garlic,chilly powder fine and coarse dhanajeero
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups rice cooked as for kicthry rice
• Add 1 cup mixed veg.
• 1 tomatoe grated
• 1 tomatoe cubed and tomatoe sauce.
• ¼ teaspoon each of jeeru (cumin)
