- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream or full fat milk
- 1/2 mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 shredded potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped into very small cubes
- 1/2 chopped parsley
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- salt to ur taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
