This is so simple and good. Serve it sliced thinly, topped with onions on hard rolls with melted mozzerella or provalone cheese. Serve au jus on the side for dipping. Yum!

- 1 packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 cup white wine or water (or beef broth)
- 1/8 tsp garlic pepper
