• 12 oz spaghetti or fettucine
• 1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated, plus extra for serving
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• 8 oz Foris Meats' Coffee Bacon , cut into 1-inch pieces
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded (about 3 cups - leftover turkey works great)
• 1/2 cup chicken or turkey stock
• Salt and additional pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
