• 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
• 1 cup C&H Golden Brown Sugar
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup rainbow nonpareils sprinkles
