Ingredients
- 100g Progress Oats
- 100ml Flahavan’s Organic Oat Drink
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar or Maple syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 1 heaped tsp instant espresso powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tsp sour cream or creme fraiche
- Handful chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
- You’ll also need – 2 medium ovenproof mugs and ½ tsp flavourless oil
