Fish Sauce Cookies – Red Boat Fish Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
• 1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• 1 ½ tbsp calamansi or lime juice
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
