Ingredients

• 10 lb Potatoes
• 1 cups Celery, finely chopped
• 8 Eggs, hard-boiled
• 1 cups Fresh parsley,finely chopped
• 2 cups Dill relish
• 1½ pt Mayonnaise
• 1 cups Sweet relish
• ½ cups Yellow mustard
• 2 cups Salad olives, chopped
• 1 Salt, to taste
• 2 cups Onions, finely chopped
• 1 Louisiana hot sauce
