Skillet Steak And Potatoes recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1/2kg fillet steak cut into strips, washed and drained.
• 4 potatoes wash and cut into wedges with skin on
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
• Salt to taste
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• Red chilli flakes
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
• Add steak
• Add the same ingredients to potatoes and cook in microwave till cooked but not too soft.
• Add to skillet. Sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
