Sheet Pan Strawberry Pop Tart

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Olive Oil, cold and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1/4 cup cold water
• Egg Wash 1 egg beaten, for brushing (or 2 tablespoons of melted Country Crock® Olive Oil Plant Butter whisked with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup)
• 1 jar strawberry jam
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 6 tablespoons hot Country Crock® Plant Cream
