Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni Recipe - Pirro's Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Jar of Pirro’s Marinara
• 8 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze out residual water
• 1 lb. ricotta, full fat
• 1/3 cup grated parmesan
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1 large garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper each
• 18 - 22 dried cannelloni tubes
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella
