  • 2 cups warm water 100-115° F
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 4+1 eggs
  • 8 cups (approx.) flour
  • 6 Granny Smith apples diced
  • 1½ cups raisins
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
