Bavarian creme with three chocolates - Babbi

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 4 yolks
• 28 g. of cocoa
• 90 g. of sugar
• zest of 1 orange
• 350 gr. of whole milk
• 75 gr. of sugar
• 6 yolks
• 4 sheets of isinglass
• 100 ml of cream
• 1 sachet of Cioccodelizia Bianca Babbi
• For the milk chocolate Bavarian cream:
• 3 tablespoons of Cioccodelizia Classica Babbi
• 3 tablespoons of Cioccodelizia Fondente Babbi
