Oatmeal molasses bread recipe (cold rise method)

Ingredients

• 1 package dry active yeast
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 egg beaten
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup warmed milk
• 3 - 5 cups flour bread flour (added in 1/2 cup increments)
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/3 cup molasses
