• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt, divided
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 lbs Ground American lamb
• 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2-3 tbsp Tomato paste
• 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 tbsp Fresh thyme, chopped
• 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
• pinch Nutmeg
• 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups Beef broth
• 1 cup Frozen peas
• 1/2 cup Frozen corn
• 3-4 large Potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream, warmed
• 1/4 cup Butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp Salt, more/less, to taste
